
An example of the use of a simple Facebook group in order to demonstrate community opinion on a matter. Andrew Graystone, Director of the Church and Media Network set this group up this morning. Facebook gives options to close down discussion, which, as this is such a sensative subject, has been the choice with this topic. Check out the BBC story, and discuss whether it’s OK to burn religious books on 22words!
Sharing Expertise
We can all learn from each other, and Bex suggested that a picture and some explanation on the wall would give people a greater clue as to what they were signing up for. This site has added the BuddyPress plugin, which will, before too long, be available, allowing a wider group to contribute and share expertise.
