One of the themes that has come up frequently in #digidisciple discussions is the idea of rest, of taking ‘digital sabbaths’ and going ‘digifree’…

  • What does a ‘digital sabbath’ look like? How frequently might you do it, if you think it’s appropriate?
  • What might we gain from taking a #digifree day?
  • What might we lose from taking a #digifree day?
  • What are we saying about our online/offline friendships by making a distinction?

Meantime, I have gone (largely) #digifree for the weekend, after an intense week at #medialit12!
