Bible Project - an exciting and stimulating resource for Images of Hope competitors!
The Project will see Brian J. Turner paint his way through the Bible over the next 30 years. With it’s dedicated, easily accessible and regularly updated website - http://www.bibleproject.co.uk , it’s already proving inspirational in education at Key Stages 1 - 4. Turner not only deals with the biblical narrative in an innovative and quirky way, but also places Jesus in everyday situations. The artist is available to attend prize-givings, presentations and talks, or you could have an exhibition of his work at your venue - contact The Bible Project for details and prices via email from the site.

A fresh look with London School of Fashion
This is a fantastic new resource pack for schools, combining Clothing, Art and Design, Personal Development and RE. In a live presentation, Joanna Jepson uses costumes designed by students at the London College of Fashion to explore five contemporary topics through the lives of Eve, Jacob, Joseph, Rahab and Jesus. Topics covered include environmental sustainability, consumerism, life goals and identity. All was inspired through a project to look at the context of Jesus’ own family tree. The Empty Hanger can be used across the curriculum, providing an ideal opportunity for your church to partner with a local school. To find out more call '01793 418222.
